The family gave me a Garmin Nuvi 1300, cool gift. Lot's of neat features including an off road mode. It's not going to replace my laptop and Delorme Topo for overlanding but it's nice to have since the laptop is not a permanent feature in my rig.

The Garmin may not replace ON, but it works very well to supplement it, and is far more effective for street navigation....and portable, too...
