What To Do When You Arrive At Camp - Borrego Fest 2018

We’re looking forward to a great weekend in the desert with everyone. There are just a few things we want to go cover so you know what to expect during the event.

EVENT STAFF (People to look for if you have questions or need help):

WHEN YOU GET THERE:
When you arrive at Stage Coach Trails, please DO NOT check in at the main office. Drive into the camp ground and proceed to the group campsite as identified by the map on the campsite directions thread and look for the Outdoor Adventure banner. Please be mindful of your speed.

We will be setting up registration at the OAUSA camp headquarters at about 10:AM on Friday. Upon arriving at camp, stop here and we will get you checked in. If you arrive and we are not available for check-ins, locate a campsite in the group area and set up your camp. If we are not available for check-in, please stop by later to do so.

CAMP FIRES:
DO NOT build your own individual fires at your campsite unless there is a fire pit at that spot. Campfires are only allowed in the established fire pits. With fire season in full swing, there may be additional fire restrictions, so please check with us for any updates, before you start your fire.

SCHEDULED RUNS:
Please check to see what time your runs are scheduled to meet and be there on time. There will be a driver meeting before each run and runs will leave on time. In order to help each run stay on schedule, there will be some early opportunities (on Friday) to complete your paperwork and vehicle inspection. We have planned the runs to be back at certain times so everyone can enjoy and prepare for the potluck or other activities.
