mashed turnips

Hey all, Happy thanksgiving! And also our familys overseas. Please Don't forget those who defend our right to say this.

Everyone have a great Thanksgiving. I'll be thinking of you all stting around huge tables of food while I stay home with my son who's got a bug. My son and I will be feasting on white rice and Pedia-Pops. I hope my wife brings home mounds of left-overs.

...and rest assured Mike... I never forget the troops. I have spent 14 years of the last 16 years of my life away from my true family for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. At least this year my mother is coming out here for Christmas.

OMG........i'm so stuffed. the dessert is in the oven now (pumpkin bread pudding) and i just made the vanilla sauce to put on it. i'm too stuffed to eat it though. maybe in a half hour when its done i'll be ready for dessert.
