I wanted to post a little warning about this run and the time of season. Rattlesnake season is upon us. Otay mountain is one of the only places (outside of Camp Pendleton whenI was in the Marines) that I have run into rattlesnakes. My eyes will be open and scanning for the critters to warn you if we come across any but I wanted to give fair warning. It's a new season so this could be a season thick with them up there this year or I may not even come across one at all. It's hard to say until we start taking the trips up there. Dress accordingly... ;)
