Hey bobo, would love to do this with you but I have somethings I have to do late morning, soonest I could get out of town would be 12:30 - 1:00 I might be able to meet up with you guys for 2N17X but I will have to play it by ear.

To let you know one of the days for Kitty Trip II is the 31.
Because in the end it has almost nothing to do with the bike and everything to do with setting
out to accomplish something that is intimidating, that is unknown to you, something you know you
have a good chance of failing at but doing it anyways and slowly but surely proving yourself wrong.

Did everone else go around the corner the same way? Did anyone make it look easy? Any video of another vehicle making the turn?

Here you go Tom. When I was last there, I went more outside/in and barely lifted my rear wheel.

Outstanding! Can I use your video and ChasH3's video in my class?

This is an excellent demonstration of wheel cheat. Wheel cheat is what I call the fact that on a turn the rear wheels take a shorter line to the outside and "cheats" the corner. You have experienced this pulling out of a driveway and making a right hand turn. The front wheels clear the curb but the back wheels go over it.

Here is the cool part, related to the video, where we can use wheel cheat to explain what is going on. The front wheel placement was too close and slightly up the slope of the bank on the right. But it was ok for the front and the vehicle stayed reasonable level and straddled the rut in the road. However the right hand turn caused the right rear wheel to cheat the line and it cut the bank anywhere from 1.5 feet to 3 feet higher which was not a good line resulting in a very unstable situation. Going wide solved the issue.

Always drive to your back wheels!
See you on the Trail!
